Purchase Conditions & Returns:
We spread our deviousness equally, and carry products not released through Robot Monster Inc. All non Robot Monster Inc. items are purchased as is, and may not be returned. If you receive a defective Robot Monster Inc. product, please notify us at contact@horrorstore.us first and we will contact you with return instructions. You will need to return the defective product before we can send out a replacement.
If you have received items that you did not purchase in lieu of items you did, please contact us and we will replace those items as quickly as possible; and your shipping will be reimbursed.
Shipping:
All items are shipped via the USPS, with mandatory delivery confirmation. Your shipping charges include packing and handling. We will make every effort to ship your products in the most cost-effective and timely manner, especially for our friends overseas.
Under normal circumstances we ship within the first business day after your order is placed; however please allow up to seven days for us to ship in case we're awaiting an item in your order that isn't presently in stock, or if we're out of the office at an event.
Payment:
We do not accept personal or business checks, money orders or other non-online based forms of payment. Should our payment processing service fail to successfully complete the transaction, we will contact you first, then send an invoice in order to properly complete the transaction. It is your responsibility to make certain we have an accurate method to contact you. If you fail to respond within a reasonable time period we will cancel the order.
We're only (in)human, and from time to time make mistakes. If an item is mispriced we will contact you with the corrected price and try to complete the transaction. We will gladly refund your payment if you feel the actual cost is too much.
